Minutes of the AGM
held at The Methodist Church Hall Diss on Thursday 23 March.
PRESENT: Becky Whatley (chair), Richard Pither, Andrew Daniels, Andrew Eaglen, Lindsey Bilston, Chris Jewell, George Waterman, Mike Garnham, and Julia Fairbrother, plus 35 additional supporters.

1. Opening remarks:
The chairman thanked all those present and referred to the previous annual statement on the website.
2. Annual accounts:
The accounts for the year to 31 12 22 were presented by the treasurer and adopted by the meeting.
3. Chairman’s report:
An upbeat account of the previous year’s activities was read out by the chair.
4. Election of new steering group:
The following were re-elected en bloc: Becky Whatley, Richard Pither, Andrew Daniels, Andrew Eaglen, Lindsey Bilston, Michael Garnham, Chris Jewell, George Waterman, and Julia Fairbrother.
5. Following the meeting:
Helen Baczkowska of Norfolk Wildlife Trust gave a fascinating talk entitled 10 Thousand Years of People and Wildlife in South Norfolk.
